Blight
TK454.H4-A

Blight is an area characterized by a rigidly homogenous structure which reduces variability in class, economic background, and social views, creating areas that are less elastic, and incapable of incorporating a variety of people. Ultimately, this stifles the unique qualities of diverse communities resulting in a cultural void. -J.S.
